We welcome a wide range of messages. The most useful ones tend to fall into a few groups: suggestions for new tools or converters you wish existed, bug reports when a result looks wrong, questions about how a particular tool works, notes about a confusing label or layout, and accessibility feedback if something is hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. If you are not sure whether your message fits, send it anyway. We would rather hear from you than not.
We typically respond within 2 to 3 business days, and often sooner during the working week. For bug reports, please include the tool name and a brief description of what went wrong, along with the input you used if you can share it. That context lets us reproduce and fix issues far more quickly.

We are also not able to offer one on one technical support or custom development through this page, but we read every suggestion and use them to prioritise what we work on.
